Dr. Gillian Holloway holds M.A and Ph.D. degrees in psychology from The Rosebridge Graduate School of Integrative Psychology. (Now known as The American Schools of Professional Psychology, Rosebridge Campus.)
Dr. Holloway is a recognized expert in the field of dream interpretation and is frequently invited to be a guest on television and radio programs throughout the United States and Canada. Her current research explores the effects of occupational stress and vocational dissatisfaction upon dream imagery and the specific "peak stress" dreams that coincide with particular occupations. Her ongoing research with contemporary dream themes and modern symbolism makes her findings stimulating and pragmatically useful. Often consulted by writers and researchers, she is known as an expert who "speaks English." At home in the Pacific Northwest, she teaches classes in dream analysis and intuitive development at local colleges in Washington and Oregon. She leads small private dream groups and appears as a trainer and speaker for groups interested in dream analysis and activating intuition.
Dedicated to making dreams more accessible to everyone, Dr. Holloway has been involved in dream analysis for more than 30 years. In her workshops and presentations, she shares the 5-Step method she has developed for understanding dreams. This systematic "portable" approach to dreams does not conflict with any theology or philosophy, but is a powerful compliment to existing skills.
Her book: Dreaming Insights: A 5-Step Plan for Discovering the Meaning in Your Dream, has been endorsed by three past presidents of the Association for the Study of Dreams. This practical approach is easy to understand and apply without additional training. Teachers, therapists and dream enthusiasts from around the world have acclaimed this method as the easiest, most effective way to make sense of their dreams.
